Questions, answered
Do I need the internet in the sales room?
No. Everything runs on your computer. The app only goes online to check your licence now and then, and to fetch updates.
Can I try it first?
Yes, free for 7 days and no card needed. Download it and start. During the trial, saved pictures and PDFs carry a DEMO watermark. After 7 days the app stops working until you buy a plan; anything you made stays on your computer and opens again as soon as you enter your licence key. Nothing is ever charged unless you choose to buy.
Does it work on Mac and Windows?
Yes. One licence works on either. Solo covers one computer, Studio covers up to three.
Can I use my own products and prices?
Yes. Set your studio name, logo, currency, tax, products and prices in Settings.
What about music licensing?
Use music you are licensed to play, such as royalty-free tracks, or control your own Spotify Premium account. Your studio is responsible for the music it plays.
How do updates work?
Updates are free while your plan is active. The app tells you when a new version is ready and installs it in one click.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page. Plans renew each month or year until you cancel. Your licence keeps working to the end of the period you've paid for.
