Terms of service

Draft for review. These terms are being finalised with our lawyer before launch.

These terms apply when you buy or use software from PJFC Solutions, a trading name of EPQLD Pty Ltd ATF The Nippon Trust QLD (ABN 97 193 310 848) ("we", "us").

1. Your plan

Plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. Free trials need a payment card and turn into a paid plan when they end unless you cancel first.

2. Licence

While your plan is active you may install and use the app on the number of computers your plan allows. The full licence is in our EULA.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your licence keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

4. Price changes

We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects you.

5. Your content

Your photos and client information stay on your computer. You are responsible for having the rights to the photos and music you use with the app.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to resupplying the software or refunding what you paid in the last 12 months.
