PJFC Solutions (EPQLD Pty Ltd ATF The Nippon Trust QLD) follows the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Your name, email, business name and country when you buy, start a trial, contact us or join our list.
- Payment details, which are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Licence information: which computers use your licence (a random device ID, computer name, operating system and app version).
- Basic website analytics and ad measurement, only if you accept cookies.
What we don't collect
Your photos and your clients' details stay on your computer. The app does not upload them.
How we use it
To provide and support the software, manage your licence and billing, send important account emails and, if you agree, occasional news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email) and, if you accept cookies, Google and Meta (analytics and ads). Some are overseas.
